きのう、ゆみさんと きょうとの びじゅつかんに 行きました。 Kinoo, Yumi-san to Kyooto no bijutsukan ni ikimashita.
Yesterday, I went to the art museum in Kyoto with Yumi.
駅から ３０分ぐらい 歩きました。 Eki kara sanjuppun gurai arukimashita.
We walked about 30 minutes from the station.
ちょっと つかれましたが、天気が よくて、きもちが よかったです。 Chotto tsukaremashita ga, tenki ga yokute, kimochi ga yokatta desu.
It was a little tiring, but the weather was nice, so it felt good.
私も ゆみさんも 絵を 見ることが 好きです。 Watashi mo Yumi-san mo e o miru koto ga suki desu.
Yumi and I both like looking at paintings.
びじゅつかんは とても しずかでした。 Bijutsukan wa totemo shizuka deshita.
The art museum was very quiet.
あまり 人が いませんでしたから。 Amari hito ga imasen deshita kara.
There weren't many people there.
きれいな 絵が たくさん あって、とても 楽しかったです。 Kireena e ga takusan atte, totemo tanoshikatta desu.
There were many beautiful paintings, so it was a lot of fun.
それから、食事に いきました。 Sorekara, shokuji ni ikimashita.
After that, we went to eat.
びじゅつかんの レストランは おしゃれで おいしかったです。 Bijutsukan no resutoran wa osharede oishikatta desu.
The art museum's restaurant was very stylish and delicious.
でも、ちょっと 高かったです。 Demo, chotto takakatta desu.
But, it was a little expensive.

They went to the art museum by bus from the station.
